Below are the detailed proposal for each department and job:

 

1.Tablet Manufacturing

Post: Officer and Senior Officer

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc

Experience: 2 to 8 years

Job Role: The applicant should be suitable to handle procedure in the Dispensing, Granulation, Compression, and Coating departments.

They should as well be qualified of supervision operating documentation and Quality Management System (QMS) activities.

 

Post: Technical Associate

Qualification: ITI and Diploma

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Job Role: The applicant should be proficient in operative Granulation apparatus similar as RMG/FBD/FRP/Roll Compactor, Automatic Compression Machine (PLC/SCADA predicated Cadmach & Fhad Pack), and Coating engine (Kevin & Gansons) Capsule M/C.

 

2.Tablet Packing

Post: Officer and Senior Officer

Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc/B.Sc

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Job Role: The applicant must have a complete agreement of Blister backpack, CVC line, BPR, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Line Clearance, Manpower Handling, Good Documentation Practice (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and day-to-day formation and log.

 

Post: Technical Associate

Qualification: ITI and Diploma

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Job Role: The applicant should have skills in operational Blister Pack Machine ELMACH 3015 PDA, Auto Cartonator (WK100, Pamac & IMA PG IC 150C), and Track & Trace Machine with Temper Evident and CVC Primary & Secondary systems.

 

 

3.Engineering & Maintenance

Post: Officer and Senior Officer

Qualification: BE/M.E./B.Tech

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Job Role: The applicant should have thorough expertise of the Manufacturing Area (OSD, Injection), Plant Maintenance, Utility Area, Fire Hydrant, EHS, and Quality Management System (QMS) conditioning.

 

 

Post: Technician

Qualification: ITI and Diploma

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Job Role: The applicant should have skills in operational HVAC network, Utility, and Plant Maintenance.

 

 

4.Quality Control (QC)

Post: Officer and Senior Officer

Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Job Role: The applicant should have an in-sounding convention of High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC) examination.

 

 

5. Product Development & Dossier (PDD)

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Printing and Packaging

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Job Role: The applicant should have expertise about Art Work and Product Design.

 

 

6.Technology Transfer & Development (TTD)

Post: Officer and Executive

Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Job Role: The candidate should have knowledge regarding the preparation of PAN for the transfer of process or product from development to scale-up manufacturing, including exhibit and submission.

This includes launching into the post-approval phase, encompassing quality-related aspects (including risk assessment principles) and necessary regulatory requirement activities.

 

7.Injectables

Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc/B.Sc

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Job Role: The applicant should have expertise about Low quantity Parenterals (LVP), Small Volume Parenterals (SVP), Aseptic Filling, Vials, Ampules, Washing, HSS Tunnel, Autoclave, and Sterilization.
