Department: Quality Control - Analysts (Formulations)
Responsibilities:-
1) Analyze samples based on Symphony preferences by taking samples allotted to the group of group leader.
2) Calculation of results of analysis is necessary if the previous day's work is completed. Setting up all the equipment needed for that analysis.
3) Analyze according to STP and SOP, according to GTP, according to MSDS, to provide quality results in order to ensure analysis easily.
4) To ensure online documentation, make sure all entries like log book, columns, reagents, volumetric solutions, working standards, reference standard entries, etc.
5) Notify supervisors of low-to-moderate risk action like OOS, OOT, highlight group initiatives immediately and follow-up to ensure failure verification.
6) Calibration of used equipment and checking of PMP, laboratory responsibilities, specific area, pH, balance, KF, daily temperature checking to ensure lab cleanliness.
7) New couples and technical training, training on specific tests to ensure compliance and 100% GLP.
8) Improving problem (such as air bubble fatting, flow problems, voice problems, changing fritters.)
9) To train and train new trainees and technical trainees to make knowledge of unknown problems, to make RCA, to ensure better utilization of machines for accurate results.

1) Responsible for implementing module targets according to production schedule.
2) Apply and follow policies and procedures for efficient functioning of the machine.
3) Responsible for strict compliance with standard operating procedures and CGMP requirements.
4) Responsible to maintain production modules and online documentation.
5) Responsible for implementation of productivity improvement measures.
6) Sub-ordinates and responsible for giving training to new joinees.
7) Responsible for co-ordination of Assistant Departments for smooth production operations.
8) To ensure discipline is maintained in the shop floor.
