1. Keep responsible for production activities and maintain area cleanliness on a day-by-day basis to meet the total product requirements with quality, quantity and CGMP compliance.
2. For the production of suspension, responsible for the production of large quantities of disinfection in the production of the optic angle.
3. Coordination with Cross-Functional Team for easy operation
4. Responsible for executing three pieces of autoclave and phishing machine during the batch process.
5. Responsible for care and inventory control, safe keeping and replacement parts, spare parts and availability of consumables.
6. To follow unbalanced behavior in the disinfectant area.
Officer / Senior Officer / Executive - Production (Tablet / OSD)
1. Responsible for maintenance of granulation, compression and coating areas.
2. Writing process and activities of documents based on the CGMP on shop floor.
3. To run production activity according to CGMP on store floor.
4. Maintaining work discipline in the department.
5. Maintain the machine (cleanliness and preventive maintenance).
6. To participate in technical training program and share knowledge with supporters.
7. Identify security related inspections and online compliance.
8. To make various records required in the system (ERP / SAP).
9. To reduce the wastage of resources.
10. Process certification and equipment to participate in eligibility activities.
11. Handling of QMS tools such as deviation, change control etc.
