Job Purpose:-
Through GMP rounds, ensure the GMP compliance with the production quality of the day on day by operational quality point of VMP rounds, documentation review. Responsible for batch release. Working as the first point of contact for any quality issues in the operation field.
Major Responsibility:-
- To publish large quantity and finished products, to meet the legal and QMS requirements, to ensure market and purchasing activity compliance with regulatory and QMS requirements.
- Review batch production and packaging records
- QC / Engineering / Logistics support in other site areas
- Management of deviations
- Train theTraining Staff
- Regulatory requirements and master of prepared and packaged products in operation area according to SOP. BMR / draft MFR review.
- In order to complete QMS training in time and ensure compliance with QMS in operation area.
- To evaluate the gap analysis and risk as necessary.
- Support and Level-Inspection of Level II Audits. To ensure timely binding on all audited observations.
- Ensure that the trends of the products are analyzed according to SOP.
- Handling batch releases and other QA transactions related M-ERP systems.
- For SOP review and control area, SOP is valid and meets all regulatory and QMS requirements
- To make an initial assessment of the changes made in the operation area
- Verifying field documents like batch record, log book, status labeling etc.
- Randomly check and document out the process of exit from the process.
- Regular GEMBA and GEMBA inspections ensure timely closure.
